testing regulations
6.1 Inspection project
The technical requirements for square meters of quality, strength, elongation, hydrostatic pressure, air permeability and width are the factory inspection items. Products should be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product certificate before they can be shipped.
6.2 Batch regulations
Each batch of products must be composed of the same ratio of raw materials, process conditions and specifications.
6.3 Sampling regulations
Each batch of products shall be cut according to 7.3 of FZ/T64004-93, and the sample for physical properties shall be 3m long and cut and calibrated from the head of the coil for more than 1m. Record the sampling date, production team and product specifications.
6.4 Assessment of test results
The lowest grade of the assessment item in the technical requirements is determined as the grade of the batch of products, and the physical and mechanical properties are determined in batches.
According to the volume evaluation, if the physical and mechanical performance test results do not meet the requirements, the sample may be doubled and the project may be retested.
The final result of the retest is the basis for the decision.
6.5 Acceptance rules
6.5.1 According to the quality inspection, the manufacturer shall accept the acceptance within one month of delivery. If it is not accepted, it shall receive the goods according to the inspection result of the delivery party.
6.5.2 At the time of acceptance, the physical and mechanical performance test shall randomly take samples from the batch of products at 10% of the delivery quantity, not less than 2 rolls. Each roll shall be tested according to the provisions of Chapter 6, and the average value of each test shall be The final result. The visual inspection shall be re-inspected from the batch of products at 20% of the delivery quantity, not less than 5 rolls, and the roll-to-roll rewind test shall be carried out under the illumination of 400-600 LX. If the product rate exceeds 8%, then The batch of products is reduced by one level.
